What the forms collect
The admission form asks for the parent or guardian’s name and phone number, an optional email address, the child’s name, the campus and class of interest, the academic session, and an optional message. The contact form asks for a name, phone number, optional email, the campus the question is about, and a message. We do not ask for ID numbers, medical records or other detailed information about your child.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your admission enquiry or message, and to arrange a call or visit. We do not use it for advertising and do not sell it.
How enquiries are processed
When you press send, the website checks your entries, then passes them securely from its server to the school’s records. You see a confirmation only after the record has been accepted. If something fails, you will see an error message and no confirmation.
Google Sheets
Enquiries are stored in a Google Sheet that the school uses as an administrative record. Google acts as a service provider for storing that sheet, under its own terms.
Who can see your information
Only school staff authorised by the school management, who need it to answer enquiries. The school should keep this list short and review it regularly.
Photographs and videos
Photographs and videos of children appear on this website only with the consent of their parents or guardians. If you would like an image of your child removed, contact the school and it will be taken down.
Correction and deletion
You can ask the school to correct or delete your enquiry at any time by contacting a campus below.
